Standard License Terms

This License Agreement ("License") governs your use of worksheets, premium bundles, educational resources, and curriculum materials purchased or downloaded from AAKollective ("Products"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, AAKollective grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for personal, classroom, homeschool, tutoring, and internal educational purposes.

Permitted Uses

You are authorized to use the Products in the following ways:

Personal Use

• Personal learning, homeschool lessons, tutoring, and classroom practice
• Educational and non-commercial purposes
• Printing copies for students in your household, class, or learning group
• Using resources in lesson preparation and study routines

Commercial Use

• Classroom instruction and school activities
• Tutoring sessions and educational support services
• Internal use by schools, programs, co-ops, and learning groups
• Educational courses and training materials when the files are not resold or redistributed

Modification Rights

• Edit, modify, and customize the Products to suit student needs
• Adapt directions, pacing, or formatting for your class or learner
• Incorporate Products into internal lesson plans and learning routines
• Create derivative classroom materials for your own direct use

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Redistribution and Resale

• Selling, licensing, or distributing the Products as-is
• Sharing the original files with others
• Uploading Products to marketplaces, public drives, file-sharing sites, or resource libraries
• Creating competing worksheet, template, or curriculum collections from AAKollective files

Trademark and Copyright Claims

• Claiming ownership or authorship of the original designs
• Registering trademarks based solely on our designs
• Removing or altering copyright notices
• Reverse engineering to extract individual elements

Inappropriate Content

• Illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Pornographic or adult content
• Hate speech or discriminatory materials
• Content that promotes violence or illegal activities

Usage Limitations

Single User License

This license is granted to a single user (individual or business entity). If multiple team members need access to the Products, additional licenses must be purchased.

Attribution

While not required, attribution to AAKollective is appreciated when using our Products in public or commercial works.

Print Run Limitations

You may print reasonable quantities for your own classroom, household, tutoring group, or internal learning program. Public redistribution, resale, or mass publishing of the original files is not allowed.

Intellectual Property

AAKollective retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Products. This License does not transfer any ownership rights to you. The Products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Elements

Some Products may include third-party elements such as fonts, stock photos, icons, or graphics. Use of these elements is subject to their respective licenses. We will clearly identify any third-party elements and their usage requirements.

License Termination

This License remains in effect unless terminated. AAKollective may terminate this License if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and delete all copies.

Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that Products will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the Products is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AAKollective be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Updates to License

AAKollective reserves the right to update this License Agreement. Any changes will apply to future purchases but will not affect existing licenses for previously purchased Products.
